Story

A vertically extended shade forms a bell-like silhouette, narrowing slightly at the top before dropping straight to a clean lower edge. The copper surface carries a dense pattern of small hammer impressions, overlaid with irregular patches of pale oxidation that interrupt the darker base tone. These lighter areas appear scattered rather than uniform, creating a broken, layered surface that shifts across the form. When hung above a table or counter, the opening directs light downward in a contained spread, while the exterior remains visually subdued.

The tall profile emphasizes height more than width, giving it a more compact footprint in a room. Surface markings and oxidation vary across each piece, and the copper will continue to change in tone as exposure gradually alters its finish.

As with all handmade pieces, each lamp is unique. Subtle variations in texture, finish, and detail are part of its character and reflect the hands that shaped it.
