1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of marraket.com, operated by Cartivo under the brand Marraket. The site and the partner program are aimed at businesses, not consumers.

2. Catalog information

The catalog shows products we can supply. It is not an offer to sell: products, options and availability can change, and pieces made by hand vary slightly in size, colour and finish. Prices, lead times, shipping and branding options are shared with approved partners and agreed in writing for each order.

3. Partner applications

Submitting an application creates no obligation for either side. We decide on applications individually. A partnership, including the services, fees and supply terms, is only formed by a separate written agreement.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping, delivery times, customs duties and returns are agreed per order in the partner agreement or quotation.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, design and the lookbook on this site are protected. Approved partners may use product images and data we provide for selling those products, as agreed in their partner agreement. Any other use requires our written permission.

6. Liability

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but cannot guarantee that it is complete or current. We are not liable for the content of external websites we link to.

7. Applicable law
