Story
A low, compressed form stretches outward from a small top connection, giving the shade a wide, hovering presence rather than a vertical drop. The copper surface appears densely worked, with small impressions covering the exterior and breaking up reflections into a scattered, uneven sheen. Instead of strong color contrast, the tone remains within a range of darker browns, with subtle shifts and mottling across the curved body.
Hung above a table or counter, the broad underside opening directs light downward in a contained area beneath the fixture. Slight differences in surface pattern and tonal depth occur across individual pieces, and the copper will continue to deepen in color as it responds gradually to handling and environmental exposure.
As with all handmade pieces, each lamp is unique. Subtle variations in texture, finish, and detail are part of its character and reflect the hands that shaped it.
