Story

Seen from below, the edge reveals a slight undulation rather than a perfectly even circle, giving the wide shade a softened, irregular outline. The copper surface is densely marked with small, repeated impressions that scatter reflections into a lively, broken sheen across the dome. Unlike pieces with heavy oxidation, this finish stays within a warm copper range, showing only subtle shifts in tone across the curved body.

Hung above a table or island, the broad opening directs light downward in a controlled spread while the exterior reflects surrounding light in a muted way. Minor differences in hammer pattern and edge variation appear between pieces, and the copper will gradually deepen in tone as it responds to everyday exposure.

As with all handmade pieces, each lamp is unique. Subtle variations in texture, finish, and detail are part of its character and reflect the hands that shaped it.
